Q: Will the DVD play on my DVD player?

A: We record our DVD‘s on the best DVD-R media to date. Make sure your consumer DVD has the capability to play DVD-R discs. About 88% of all players will play DVD-R‘s and even better compatibility on DVD players purchased after 2000.

Q: What formats are you able to transfer? A: VIDEO: MiniDV, Hi-8, Digital 8, 8mm, VHS-C, VHS
FILM: 8mm or Super 8.
Q: What will the quality be like? A: The quality will be almost as good as the original. Any time media is digitized, it will lose a small amount of quality but not enough to be noticeable.
Q: How long will it take to transfer to DVD? A: Approximately 2 days for a 2 hour piece.
Q: Can I customize the menu and/or DVD cover and insert? A: Absolutely. You can work with the graphic designer or bring in your own design.

Q: Why transfer to DVD? A: Video lasts about 10 years. If you are playing your tapes often, they will deteriorate at a quicker rate.
Film will last about 100 years but the hassle of setting up the projector is time consuming and the older projectors can burn your film.
Q: Can I transfer my photos to DVD? A: Yes. Put your photo album on a DVD to view right on your TV. Add your choice of music to make it really sing.
